RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                    ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                            B.A. No. 1696 OF 2007 B\n\n                    ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                   Dated this the 21st day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               Petitioner, who is the first accused in Crime No.466\/2006 of<\/p>\n<p>Thodupuzha   Police   Station   for   offences   punishable   under   sections<\/p>\n<p>420, 468, 471, 472 and 484 read with section 34 IPC, seeks anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.    Learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposed   the   application<\/p>\n<p>submitting,  inter   alia,  that   accused  Nos.1  and  2  had  availed  of  a  loan<\/p>\n<p>from Thodupuzha Branch of the Canara Bank for Rs.50,000\/- each on<\/p>\n<p>the basis of forged documents and that it was the first accused, who had<\/p>\n<p>forged the documents using false seals, etc.<\/p>\n<p>         3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to   have   his   application   for   regular   bail   considered   by   the   Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>concerned.     Accordingly,  the   petitioner   is   directed   to   surrender   before<\/p>\n<p>the Investigating Officer on any day between 27.3.2007 and 29.3.2007<\/p>\n<p>for the purpose of interrogation and recovery of incriminating materials,<\/p>\n<p>if  any.   The   petitioner  shall,  thereafter,  be   produced on  the   same  day<\/p>\n<p>BA.1696\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>before   the   Magistrate   having   jurisdiction,   who   shall   consider   and<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for regular bail,<\/p>\n<p>preferably on the same date on which it is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This application is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   (V.
