RAMKUMAR, J.\n               -------------------------------\n                   Bail Application No.678 of 2010\n                -------------------------------\n                        DATED: 24.03.2010\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner, who is the accused in SUM.CRI.CASE 106\/2005 on<br \/>\nthe file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daman seeks anticipatory<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<br \/>\nagainst the petitioner.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to<br \/>\nnullify the process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.<br \/>\nThere is no reason why the petitioner should not surrender before<br \/>\nthe Magistrate and seek regular bail.
