Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>      Having regard to the decision taken by this Court in<\/p>\n<p>LAA.1316\/09 and LAA.1070\/07 series pertaining to<\/p>\n<p>acquisition of other categories of land for the same<\/p>\n<p>purpose pursuant to the same notification, we do not find<\/p>\n<p>any justification for interfering with the impugned<\/p>\n<p>judgment under which the Reference Court has enhanced<\/p>\n<p>the value awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer by only<\/p>\n<p>67%. The appeal will stand dismissed in limine.<\/p>\n<p>                                  PIUS C.
