The informant, P.W.5, in<\/p>\n<p>                    his evidence has admitted that twice<\/p>\n<p>                    earlier      also    victim     went        in    the<\/p>\n<p>                    company of the appellant. Moreover,<\/p>\n<p>                    neither doctor has been examined nor<\/p>\n<p>                    any     medical        report         has        been<\/p>\n<p>                    exhibited.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  Admit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Call            for   the     lower       court<\/p>\n<p>          records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  During            pendency         of      this<\/p>\n<p>          appeal,      the        above      named   appellant<\/p>\n<p>          shall     be        released         on     bail     on<\/p>\n<p>          furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>          (Rupees      ten          thousand)        with     two<\/p>\n<p>          sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>          the   satisfaction            of    Ist    Additional<\/p>\n<p>          Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>          Trial No., 48 of l992 and realization<\/p>\n<p>          of    fine         as    imposed      against       the<\/p>\n<p>          appellant shall also remain stayed.<\/p>\n<p>                             (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<\/p>\n<p>Tahir\/-                      ( Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
