Balachandran, J.\n            --------------------------\n               R.P.No.27 of 2009 in\n             W.P.(C)No.35949 of 2008\n            --------------------------\n\n                       ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>    This review petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>respondent in W.P.(C)No.35949\/08.   On hearing the<\/p>\n<p>submissions, the grievance of the petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>that  this  Court  ordered  conditional  attachment<\/p>\n<p>being  effected,  but  that  the  court  below   is<\/p>\n<p>adopting the view that the direction to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>I.A.No.5080\/08 at the earliest was to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the said IA effecting attachment. It is made clear<\/p>\n<p>that what was ordered is conditional attachment of<\/p>\n<p>the immovable properties sought to be attached and<\/p>\n<p>the defendant in the suit is having the right<\/p>\n<p>either to furnish security or to show cause as to<\/p>\n<p>why he should not be ordered to furnish security.<\/p>\n<p>If such a cause is shown by the defendant in the<\/p>\n<p>suit, the court has to dispose of I.A.No.5080\/08<\/p>\n<p>considering the said cause shown by the defendant,<\/p>\n<p>who is the petitioner herein.
