On 18.5.2006 as per Annexure&#8211;B, petitioner  <\/p>\n<p>calling upon the Respondent ~ Company to repay _the:f&#8217;amoii_nrsi.4 dtiisii<\/p>\n<p>by them failing which to take appropriate legal jact.ion.&#8217;  <\/p>\n<p>the Respondent ~ Company made&#8217; certain payment anelt revquiesteddto V&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>adjust the same towards principai&#8217;~   interest.<br \/>\nAccordingly, the repaymenitimadep    Company<br \/>\ncame to be adjusted   V  thereafter the<br \/>\nRespondent;   of Rs.l,00,000\/&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>towards.  Despite repeated requests,<br \/>\ndemands and __datedm;30.9.2005 as per Annexure~D,<br \/>\nthe RespondentC4&#8242;-Cornp_ar1y:pVi&#8217;failed to pay the amounts due to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.
