Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :10\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                                 ----------------------------\n\n                         Bail Application No. 2133\/2007\n\n                                -----------------------------\n\n                       Dated this  10th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 The   petitioner,   a   lady,   who   is   the   fourth   accused   in<\/p>\n<p>Crime            No.35\/2006            of         Mueseum             Police         Station,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram,     for   offences   punishable   under   Sections<\/p>\n<p>120B,   420   and   406   IPC   read   with   Section   34   IPC,   seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.         The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposing   the<\/p>\n<p>application     submitted   that   the   final   report   in   this   case   has<\/p>\n<p>already   been   filed,   showing   that   the   third   accused   and   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner herein are absconding.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
