However, as the<br \/>\n\tlearned counsel for the applicant, Mr.Dastoor  was absent and as<br \/>\n\tboth the matters have arisen from the same Crime Register number of<br \/>\n\tthe same Police Station, we have adjourned only for the purpose of<br \/>\n\thearing of Cri.Misc.Appln.No.4325 of 2008. Now at this stage,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate, Mr.V.N.Bamre appeared and made a statement at the<br \/>\n\tbar that he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the<br \/>\n\tapplicant of   Cri.Misc.Appln.No.4648 of 2008. However, till this<br \/>\n\ttime, he has not filed his Vakalatnama and is also not ready to<br \/>\n\targue out the matter.  As such, there is no stage for arguing the<br \/>\n\tmatter.  It is a matter involving 9 murders at a time wherein these<br \/>\n\tare the accused wherein for the purpose of prolonging the matter,<br \/>\n\tthey are asking for time.
