On   instructions   Mr.T.B.Hood,<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader,   has handed a copy of letter dated<\/p>\n<p>5.1.2007   which   we   hereby  place   on   record.     As   per  the     letter<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid,   the   non-liability   certificate   in   respect   of<\/p>\n<p>Sri.B.Parameswaran   Nair   has   been     issued.     This   satisfies     the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   who   states   that   in   view   of   the   letter   aforesaid   this<\/p>\n<p>contempt matter be closed.
