SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                      ---------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C)No. 32005 OF 2007\n\n                      ---------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 22nd day of November, 2007\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner was appointed as a Lecturer in Economics in<\/p>\n<p>the   5th  respondent&#8217;s   College   with   effect   from   21.2.2006,   which<\/p>\n<p>has been approved by the University also.   The complaint of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   in  this  writ  petition  is  that  salary  due  to  him  has  not<\/p>\n<p>been disbursed yet by the 3rd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   learned   Government   pleader   submits   that   salary<\/p>\n<p>bill   of   the   petitioner   for   the   month   of   August,   2007   has   been<\/p>\n<p>countersigned and salary bill for other periods has only been just<\/p>\n<p>received.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       In   the   above   circumstances,   I   dispose   of   this   writ   petition<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the 3rd  respondent to see that the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>salary is paid with arrears within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                                      S.
