Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :31\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                      S.SIRI JAGAN, J\n                ==================\n                 W.P(C)No.23107 of 2008\n                ==================\n           Dated this the 31st day of July, 2008.\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is challenging Ext.P9 order of the<\/p>\n<p>District Collector whereby in an appeal filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in respect of some other property challenging the<\/p>\n<p>patta issued to the 4th respondent, the patta issued to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner also was cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I am of opinion that in so far as, the Kerala Land<\/p>\n<p>Assignment Rules provides for a revision before the<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner of Land Revenue against Ext.P9, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has to first avail of that remedy.     Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a<\/p>\n<p>revision before the Commissioner of Land Revenue as<\/p>\n<p>provided in the Kerala Land Assignment Rules, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    S.SIRI JAGAN, JUDGE<br \/>\nrhs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court C.G.
