Madhu\n                                          Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                             ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   22.09.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                   well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.4.2011 in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Sections 302\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                   that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                   and the petitioner has been dragged in this case only<\/p>\n<p>                   on the ground that when, in course of search,<\/p>\n<p>                   informant enquired from the petitioner about the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased, he did not give any satisfactory answer<\/p>\n<p>                   rather tried to turn the attention of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                   towards another fact.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering     the   aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances as well as submissions of the parties,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the above named petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Falka P.S.
