On perusal of the Jail remarks it<br \/>\nis noticed that the convict is undergoing life imprisonment awarded<br \/>\nto him by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patan vide judgement<br \/>\nand order dated 8th October 2010 in Sessions Case No.4 of<br \/>\n2010 for an offence under sections 302 and 297 of the IPC. Along with<br \/>\nset off he has undergone 1 year 5 months and 13 days as on<br \/>\n03.03.2011.  He has not enjoyed any leave so far.  The furlough is<br \/>\nnot available to him on account of the conviction under section 397<br \/>\nof the IPC. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and<br \/>\ntaking into consideration the fact that the convict has to attend the<br \/>\nengagement of his daughter, the Court deems it fit to grant temporary<br \/>\nbail to the convict for a period of two days with Police escort.\n<\/p>\n<p> RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.J.K. Shah waives service of rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nconvict-Ranchhodbhai Naranbhai Patel, husband of the present<br \/>\napplicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for two<br \/>\ndays, viz. full 48 hours from the time of his release  on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only)<br \/>\nwith one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed.  \tRule is made absolute.  Direct service is<br \/>\npermitted.  The Registry is directed to communicate this order by fax<br \/>\nto the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
