No. 1473 of 2010\n                --------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 2nd day of September, 2010\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      Heard counsel for the appellant. We do not find any merit in the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Appeal because the learned single Judge has only directed<\/p>\n<p>consideration of regularisation of a person who has served the<\/p>\n<p>organisation for more than 12 years and whose appointment is not<\/p>\n<p>illegal but was only irregular. The judgment is rendered based on<\/p>\n<p>direction issued by the Supreme Court in a similar situation.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently we see no merit in the Writ Appeal and the same is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR)<br \/>\n                                                          Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n                                              (K.
