DEVANAND KUMAR, G.A. 8<br \/>\n                                  **********<\/p>\n<p>3       03\/11\/2011            The petitioner is directed to file an application<\/p>\n<p>                     before the Circle Officer, Turkuliya-respondent no. 5<\/p>\n<p>                     along with a copy of the order of the Civil Court passed<\/p>\n<p>                     in the title suit and the decree along with the order<\/p>\n<p>                     sheet of the execution case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is the complaint of the petitioner that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        although execution was effected after he was succeeded<\/p>\n<p>        in the title suit, his co-sharers are harassing him and<\/p>\n<p>        trying to dispossess him or not allowing him to cut the<\/p>\n<p>        paddy crops etc. although there is a partition.<\/p>\n<p>                  The Circle Officer-respondent no. 5 should<\/p>\n<p>        issue notice to private respondents 6 to 15 and take all<\/p>\n<p>        steps in accordance with law to ensure that the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner is able to get the benefit of the decree in his<\/p>\n<p>        favour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of<\/p>\n<p>        this order before the Circle Officer-respondent no. 5<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of one month from today.
