RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     Bail Application NO.2939\/2007\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                             DATED:25-5-2007\n\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioner   who   is     accused       in   Crime   No.69\/2007<\/p>\n<p>of     Kanjiramkulam   Police   Station   for   an     offence   punishable<\/p>\n<p>under   Section   307     IPC   seeks   his     enlargement   on   bail.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner was arrested on  6.5.2007.<\/p>\n<p>        2.    The   application   was   opposed   on   behalf   of   the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.    Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the     offences,   the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioner, the present stage<\/p>\n<p>of investigation of the case and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case,     if   the   petitioner   is   released   on   bail,   he   will   definitely<\/p>\n<p>influence and intimidate the prosecution  witnesses.   There is<\/p>\n<p>also the likelihood of the petitioner making himself scarce and<\/p>\n<p>fleeing from justice.
