This appeal is directed against the juddrnent<\/p>\n
and award dated 28.4.2007 in MVC <\/p>\n
passed by the MACT at Raichur in so’A”..fa.’i_i”~as  <\/p>\n
relates to the inadequaeif\ufb02  ‘ of, Cornpensation.<\/p>\n
awarded.\n<\/p>\n
firstly contends that  deceased was a
\ncarpenter and a sez;.i\u00a7i—-s}\u00a7il;lae’d~.__p.er.son. This Court
\nand the Apex’ Courtmpihas  taken the<\/p>\n
view that  daily  an unskilled<\/p>\n
coolie  :ulbpe–.jv.t~aken– at Rs.l00\/- per day.
\nTherefore”, tI:e.”i:nr:ioi:1e””<e'"f a semi–skilled carpenter<\/p>\n

thisV""'b'asis, the appellant is entitled<\/p>\n
 for"ad~d_it.ilona–l compensation of Rs. 3,000\/-.<\/p>\n
3__'."  The Tribunal has not granted any<\/p>\n
 compensation towards transportation of the dead<\/p>\n
it  Under this head, the appellant is entitled<\/p>\n
 . ___\u20ac%'or additional compensation of Rs.5,000\/-. Even<\/p>\n
the compensation awarded under the heads loss of
\nestate and loss of love and affection appears to<\/p>\n
be on the lower side. Therefore, the appellant is<\/p>\n
2. Learned Cot-‘nse_Vl for Aa.;appel3lant.:l.<\/p>\n

\nentitled for another sum of Rs.2,000\/m under
\nthese heads. Therefore, the appellant in all is
\nentitled for additional compensationw_\u00bb of
\nRs.10,000\/~ and to this extent, the iamard<\/p>\n
requires modification.\n<\/p>\n
