All that the said<\/p>\n<p> word   means  is  that   the  writ  petitioner  in<\/p>\n<p> O.P.1728\/2001 will be entitled to same reliefs as<\/p>\n<p> the successful party in <a href=\"\/doc\/1784718\/\">Sunil v. State of Kerala,<\/a><\/p>\n<p> 2006(2)   KLT  851.
