Ved Parkash and others and<\/p>\n<p>RFA No.3502 of 1998 titled as Ved Parkash and others Vs. State of<\/p>\n<p>Haryana and another decided by Hon&#8217;ble Mr.Justice Swatanter Kumar<\/p>\n<p>on 26.8.1999.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In view of the aforesaid statement, all the present appeals are<\/p>\n<p>hereby disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in RFA No.1360 of<\/p>\n<p>1999 titled as State of Haryana and another Vs.
