6) I have heard Sri. Veerabhsdrsiah,  AV  V<\/p>\n
Framed, learned esunsel   and<\/p>\n
perused the judgments   ~ ‘<\/p>\n
7) Learned,   that the
\nCourts mlow have  in dismissing the
\nsuit. of the   on record show that
\nthe alleged eerlier    ilrlfair and unequal. It is
\nhis furtllezf    Lower Appellate Court has

it    ti.-‘There is no dispute regarding relationship inter<\/p>\n
  the parties. it is aiso not in dispute that the suit<\/p>\n
in  properties along with other properties were the<\/p>\n

joint family properties of B.S. Range iyengar <\/p>\n
children. While it is the case of the plainee”  <\/p>\n

have already been par\ufb01tioned   under

* "  have" residing in the house fallen to the share of<\/p>\n

  On the basis of these admissions, both the Courts<\/p>\n

properties, which fell te his

\nboth the courts  ' have joint family

\non the date   joint family properties
\nhave  Defendants –~ 1 to 3 in
\nthe year  \u00e9fgeelf registered partition deed~
\n ifigieeefore, tLeVi11g..rega1'd to the fact that the plaintiff<\/p>\n
