However, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     respondent seeks two weeks time for filing counter affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>                               Put up this case under the same heading retaining its<\/p>\n<p>                     position on 13th of October, 2011 and if by that date also no<\/p>\n<p>                     counter affidavit is filed by the respondent, the court shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     constrained to presume that it has nothing to say with respect<\/p>\n<p>                     to the statements of fact mentioned in the writ petition.<\/p>\n<pre>      Harish                                             (S.N.
