K. Dahiya, EE(M-I) on behalf of Mr. R. Prasad, PIO &amp; SE;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The information has been provided to the Appellant and the Appellant would now like to inspect<br \/>\nthe records relating to these on 25 August 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>         The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant on<br \/>\n25 August 2011 from 10.30AM onwards at the office of the EE(M-I). In case there are any records or file<br \/>\nwhich the appellant believes should exist, which are not shown to him, he will give this in writing to the<br \/>\nPIO at the time of inspection and the PIO will either give the files\/records or give it in writing that such<br \/>\nfiles\/records do not exist.\n<\/p>\n<p>If the Appellant wants a sample of any work he will pay the cost of taking the sample.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant on<br \/>\n25 August 2011 from 10.30AM onwards.
