It is observed that the execution of<br \/>\n\tthe order of the Family Court shall<br \/>\n\tremain stayed on condition that the applicant deposits the<br \/>\n\tamount of Rs.50,000\/- towards the arrears of maintenance plus<br \/>\n\tRs.10,000\/- towards probable cost, total Rs.60,000\/- within a period<br \/>\n\tof one week from today with the Family Court with the further<br \/>\n\tclarification that the respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw<br \/>\n\tthe amount from the Family Court upon deposit.
