The list has expired<\/p>\n<p>on 9.9.2007. The learned standing counsel for the Public Service<\/p>\n<p>Commission submits that advice memos have been issued in<\/p>\n<p>respect of all vacancies which have been reported before the<\/p>\n<p>expiry of the list.
