JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:\n<\/p>\n<p>(A)\tYour<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to<br \/>\ngrant permission to start 3rd division of Std.XI;\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tand<br \/>\nin the alternative<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYour<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus of any other<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or direction directing the Resp. No.1<br \/>\nauthority to decide the appeal at the earliest preferably within one<br \/>\nweek;\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tPending<br \/>\nadmission, hearing and final disposal of this Writ petition, Your<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to direct the Resp.
