The temporary bail granted by this Court is to expire on<br \/>\n30.05.2011 and he is to report to the jail on 31.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant is present before the Court and states that his mother is<br \/>\naged about 75 years and is bedridden and the necessary medical<br \/>\ntreatment is required to be given to her.  It is also stated by the<br \/>\napplicant that after death rituals are also to be performed in<br \/>\nrespect of death of his father.  The applicant has also stated about<br \/>\nthe family circumstances and requested for extension of temporary<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  On perusal<br \/>\nof the same, it appears that by now, the convict has undergone 3<br \/>\nyears, 6 months and 24 days imprisonment.  The convict was released<br \/>\non temporary bail in November 2009, June 2010 and April 2011 and<br \/>\nevery time, he reported in time.  Nothing adverse is noticed from the<br \/>\njail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the application is allowed.
