Respondents\n\nPrayer   This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute and register the sale deed of the property bearing Plot No.31, (old Door No.18), New Door No 23, 4th Cross Street, East Shenoy Nagar, Chennai  30 bearing Plot No.31 comprised in R.S.No.38\/1 &amp; 40 Part; T.S.No.17, of an extent of 1 ground 1028 sq.ft in favour of the petitioners who are the legal heirs and legal representatives of late P.A.Rahiman Sheriff.\n\n\tFor petitioner        : Mr.M.K.Hidayatullah\n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor respondents    : Mr.V.Bharathidasans\n\t\t\t  \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed praying  to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents  to execute and register the sale deed of the property bearing Plot No.31, (old Door No.18), New Door No 23, 4th Cross Street, East Shenoy Nagar, Chennai  30 bearing Plot No.31 comprised in R.S.No.38\/1 &amp; 40 Part; T.S.No.17, of an extent of 1 ground 1028 sq.ft in favour of the petitioners who are the legal heirs and legal representatives of late P.A.Rahiman Sheriff.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t2.  Heard Mr. Hidayathulla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representations and the last one was sent on 12.12.2005 but there is no response from the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t4.  Considering the  submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner,  the  petitioner is given liberty to make further representation along with a copy of this order in continuation of the earlier representation dated 12.12.2005 to the first respondent and the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits by the first respondent within six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.  This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
