Misc. No.184\/ 2006\n\nonitiIei'.fi.1e VofCFf'a.rrI'iij'ziV.Court, Beigaum. The Family Court by its\n\norder dated"-V:(&).2";()v8.2O08 passed the judgment with direction to\n\n petitioner to pay the maintenance and also the arrears.\n\nThei"safne has not been paid by the petitioner. Hence execution\n\nit --ihas--Deen \ufb01led in Crl. Misc. NO256\/2008, in which the order of\n\nii\n\n'K\n\n\n\nLo)\n\narrest has been made. On 31.01.2009 the arrest warrant has\n\nbeen issued and the same was served and the petitioner\ufb01has\n\nbeen taken into custody and now he is in judicial custody:L"- \n\n2. 3. The learned Govt. Pleader submits that <\/p>\n
has not stated all these things before the Court belovv  it<\/p>\n

5. In the light of the  rnade byllthel parties,
\nwhenever an order is passed initiated, the
\nCourt should take. steps  recover’\u00ab.thel_j_p,roperty or arrears by
\nmaking attach:hent—-.o’1″‘   the concerned. If the
\nrespondent purplols*efully’i ppand-.,._i,,ntentionaliy avoids, then the<\/p>\n
application if  made  for arrest warrant is to be<\/p>\n
considered’.  In ti’1::-,:_ instant case, no such steps have been<\/p>\n
