As he was not provided the information, he had filed the present<br \/>\ncomplaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    The matter was heard on 7.7.2009. The complainant is not present. The<br \/>\npublic authority is represented by the officers named above. Shri Kalaimaran<br \/>\nproduces original letter dt.3.7.09 signed by the complainant in which the latter<br \/>\nhad stated that he has received the information and does not wish to pursue the<br \/>\nmatter<\/p>\n<p>                                                      DECISION<\/p>\n<p>3.
