DEPUTY SECRETARY ROAD CONSTRUCTION DEPTT., GOVT.\n                OF BIHAR, PATNA\n\n2   24.6.2010<\/pre>\n<p>           Prayer of the petitioner is for quashing of<\/p>\n<p>                 the departmental proceeding initiated under Rule<\/p>\n<p>                 43 (b) of the Bihar Pension Rules, contained in<\/p>\n<p>                 notification bearing memo no.3447 (S) dated<\/p>\n<p>                 11.3.2008,   whereby   20%   amount       from    the<\/p>\n<p>                 pension of the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                 adjusted for five years.
