RAMKUMAR, J.\n                        ...................................\n                       B.A. No. 4684 of 2010\n                        ..................................\n            Dated this the 7th day of September, 2010\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner, who<\/p>\n<p>is the 2nd accused in Crime No.1622\/2009 of Ernakulam City Police<\/p>\n<p>Station, Thooppumpady for offences punishable under Sections 466,<\/p>\n<p>471 and 34 I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature<\/p>\n<p>of the injury sustained     and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>in the event of his arrest in connection with the above case on his<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>to the said officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No. 4684\/2010                2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1.     The    petitioner    shall   report   before  the<br \/>\n                 Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n                 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2. The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n                 interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n                 and when       required by the       Investigating<br \/>\n                 Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3.     Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n                  prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n                  tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.    Petitioner shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n                  on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
