Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                      ================\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 37317 OF 2010\n                 =====================\n\n         Dated this the 15th day of December, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners who are students of the 2nd respondent College<\/p>\n<p>wants to appear for the 10th Semester examination. Admittedly,<\/p>\n<p>they have not passed all examinations upto 6th semester<\/p>\n<p>examination.     It is therefore that the University is refusing to<\/p>\n<p>permit the petitioners to appear for the final examination.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Admittedly, University Rules provides that students<\/p>\n<p>should pass all examinations upto 6th Semester to be eligible to<\/p>\n<p>appear for the 10th Semester examination and the petitioners do<\/p>\n<p>not satisfy this condition. If that be so, petitioners cannot aspire to<\/p>\n<p>appear for the 10th semester examination and this Court will not<\/p>\n<p>be justified in issuing such a      direction.
