RAMKUMAR, J.\n                       ===============================\n                      Bail Application No. 874 of 2009\n                       ===============================\n                              DATED: 04.03.2009\n\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who are<\/p>\n<p>accused Nos.5 and 6 in Crime No.44 of 2009 of Ranni Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>offences punishable under Secs.120A, 406,498A,308,323,327,384,506<\/p>\n<p>and 511 read with Sec.34 I.P.C. and Sections 3,4 and 6(1)(a) of the<\/p>\n<p>Dowry Prohibition Act, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.    Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of injuries<\/p>\n<p>sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a direction<\/p>\n<p>is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned to release<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the event of their arrest<\/p>\n<p>in connection with the above case on each of the petitioner executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.874 of 2009                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n              Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2. The petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n              interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n              when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3. The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n              prosecution witnesses nor shall they       attempt to<br \/>\n              tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n              bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           5.
