Sekhon, Advocate for the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>CM No.17455-CII of 2009<\/p>\n<p>             Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>COCP No.1347 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>             As per the averments made in this petition, this Court vide<\/p>\n<p>order dated 27.3.2009 passed in CWP No.4914 of 2009 directed the<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners for the work executed<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner-Society and settle their accounts and release the<\/p>\n<p>undisputed amount found due within a period of two months from the date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of certified copy of the aforesaid order. As per further averments<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioners, despite the fact that the aforesaid orders passed by this<\/p>\n<p>Court were submitted to the respondent, he has failed to redress their<\/p>\n<p>grievance.\n<\/p>\n<p>             I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>             Without going into the merits of the averments made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners at this stage and keeping in view the assurance given by the<\/p>\n<p>State of Punjab in COCP No.1224 of 2009 decided on 20.7.2009, I deem it<\/p>\n<p>appropriate to direct the respondent to settle the accounts of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> COCP No.1347 of 2009(O&amp;M)                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners and release the payment of undisputed amount as found due to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner-Society within one month from the date of receipt of certified<\/p>\n<p>copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.<\/p>\n<p>             Disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>July 30, 2009                             (RAKESH KUMAR GARG)\nps                                                JUDGE\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court The Pb.
