P (C) No. 34651 of 2007\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                 Dated this, the 4th    August, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The learned Government Pleader submits that it has been<\/p>\n<p>decided to pay the petitioner from the Tsunami Rehabilitation Fund.<\/p>\n<p>She submits that formal orders have not yet been passed and the<\/p>\n<p>amounts would be disbursed as soon as orders are so passed. In the<\/p>\n<p>above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to pay amounts due to the petitioner within one month<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
