quali\ufb01cation and future prospects, has granted. meager<\/p>\n
compensation.\n<\/p>\n

disputed   the diploma and

Considering   '-I  of the opinion that the<\/p>\n
  was  second year Diplcma, in one year<\/p>\n
   the Diploma Course and started<\/p>\n
'     such circumstances into account, the
\n ._e:__ iz1ecme' of deceased could be taken at–1east Rs.4,5{}O 1..
\n    and if that is taken R3.3,24,000\/- (2.25{)x12x12)
\n  ganted towards the 1033 of dependency and the<\/p>\n
 "elaijmants are also en\ufb01tled for Rs.50,w0[- towaxds 1033 cf<\/p>\n
love and a\ufb01ection, funeral expenses. In all, the claimants<\/p>\n
are entitled for compensation of Rs.3,'74,0()\u20ac)[– as against<\/p>\n
Rs.'2,}.4,6\u20ac}{)\/~ awarded by the Tribunal with 6% interest
