His furlough leave is refused on the ground that the<br \/>\nperson named as surety has refused to stand his surety. In the jail<br \/>\nrecord suggest that he has already been undergone sentence of 11<br \/>\nyears and 8 months, during which period, he has been released on few<br \/>\noccasions and he has returned on time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, if the petitioner provides for proper surety, his<br \/>\nfurlough leave shall be granted as per rule. Rule made absolute<br \/>\naccordingly.
