Bisen, learned counsel for the petitioner.\n\n         Shri Vivek Agrawal, learned Government Advocate for the\nState.\n\n         Petitioner is working as Non Medical Assistant in the office\nof Chief Medical and Health Officer, Raisen. By the impugned order\ndated 15\/06\/2010, he has been transferred from Raisen to\nHoshangabad. On the ground that petitioner's wife is a Government\nServant, working as a Nurse in the District Hospital Raisen, transfer\nis contrary to the policy of the State Government, petitioner has filed\nthis writ petition.\n\n         It is pointed out by Shri Vivek Agrawal, that petitioner has\nalready represented to the competent authority and even before the\nrepresentation is considered, he has rushed to this Court.\n\n         Keeping in view the facts that challenge made to the order of\ntransfer is only on the ground of breach of transfer policy and\nrepresentation of the petitioner is pending, respondents are directed<\/pre>\n<p>to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide it in<br \/>\naccordance to the policy and the circulars of the State Government<br \/>\nand till the aforesaid exercise is not completed, status-quo with<br \/>\nregard to posting and working of the petitioner shall be maintained.\n<\/p>\n<p>         The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Certified copy as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                (Rajendra Menon)<br \/>\n                                                      Judge<br \/>\nss*\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madhya Pradesh High Court R.L.Manu vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 30 June, 2010 1 Writ Petition No. 8261 \/ 2010 30\/06\/2010: Shri S.S.
