Since the issue raised<\/p>\n<p>is covered in favour of the Revenue by decision of this court in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/221502\/\">COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX V. T.K.GINARAJAN, DEV.<\/p>\n<p>OFFICER, L.I.C. OF INDIA<\/a> (2002) 253 ITR 463, following the said<\/p>\n<p>decision, the questions referred are answered in favour of the Revenue and<\/p>\n<p>against the assessee.
