Mehta for the petitioner.\n******\t\t \n<\/pre>\n<p>\tContention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even though the petitioner was interviewed for appointment on the post of Prabodhak on 8.9.2008, but so far his result has not been declared, nor has been informed whether or not, he has been selected. The respondents are now proceeding to make the appointments, which is evident from their order dated 12.3.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt is contended that the aforesaid order be set aside and when the petitioner is found meritorious then he may also be directed to be considered for appointment.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAlthough the petitioner has not been able to show that any person lesser than him in merit has been selected for appointment, but nevertheless the respondents may not convey him, if he has not been selected.
