(Jogbani), District\n           Araria.\n                                                                        -------- Opposite Parties\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   12\/08\/2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                         Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                         Complaint Case No. 1221 C of 2006 for the offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                         Section 498A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court<\/p>\n<p>                         of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, is named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                         with allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc.<\/p>\n<p>                                        Submission is that petitioner still intends to resume and<\/p>\n<p>                         continue the matrimonial relationship with the complainant with all<\/p>\n<p>                         due dignity and care, who is his one and only wife and one male child.<\/p>\n<p>                         To further, strengthen his intention an offer is being made to pay a<\/p>\n<p>                         sum of Rs. 700\/- (seven hundred only) per month to the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                         by way of interim maintenance, subject to any order on the point by<\/p>\n<p>                         the competent court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on<\/p>\n<p>                         the event of filing of an application before the court below, clearly<\/p>\n<p>                         stating such intentions as stated above, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                         arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the<\/p>\n<p>                         above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>            each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Complaint Case No. 1221 c of 2006, subject to<\/p>\n<p>            condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure<\/p>\n<p>            Code with additional condition to remain physically present before the<\/p>\n<p>            court below on each and every date at least for two years or till<\/p>\n<p>            disposal of the case, whichever is earlier, in case of failure on two<\/p>\n<p>            consecutive dates, without giving any reasonable explanation or even<\/p>\n<p>            on single default in payment, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n<p>            cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen\/-                            ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
