Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :13\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n                          ----------------------------\n                    Bail Application No. 1503\/2007\n                         -----------------------------\n                  Dated this 13th day of March, 2007\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The petitioner, who is the accused in C.P.No.45\/2000 on<\/p>\n<p>the file of the J.F.C.M-I, Palakkad for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Section 3(1)(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes<\/p>\n<p>(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Consequent on the non appearance of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>C.P. No.45\/2000 on the file of the J.F.C.M-I, Palakkad, non bailable<\/p>\n<p>warrants of arrest are pending against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify the<\/p>\n<p>process issued by a Court of competent jurisdiction. There is no<\/p>\n<p>reason why the petitioner should not surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>committal Court and seek regular bail.
