Govindarajan, J. <\/p>\n<p> 1.  Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>  2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition seeking issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the tender submitted  on 27.2.2003 by the petitioner being the lowest in respect of the work mentioned in the petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>  3. Though the petitioner filed such a writ petition, in the order dated 25.3.2003, the petitioner&#8217;s tender had been rejected on certain reasons.  Since it is already rejected, without questioning the said order, the prayer sought for cannot be granted.  It is for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.3.2003 if he is advised to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>  4. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.  No costs.
