Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is Branch Manager of Central Bank of India,<\/p>\n<p>                   Bikramganj. He has forwarded the loan application of Jaleshwar Sah<\/p>\n<p>                   to the head office for sanction of loan and considering the property<\/p>\n<p>                   mortgaged, head office sanctioned the loan. The dispute in between<\/p>\n<p>                   Jaleshwar Sah and Kameshwar Sah relating to mortgage of the un<\/p>\n<p>                   partitioned property is     reason behind     filing the present case.<\/p>\n<p>                   Petitioner has nothing to do with it.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid fact prayer for anticipatory bail is<\/p>\n<p>                   allowed.
