NO. 1920 OF 2002\n              -----------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 18th day of October, 2007.\n\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     This is an appeal filed against the judgment and decree in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R. No. 232\/1999 on the file of the Additional Sub Court,<\/p>\n<p>Kottayam. Acquisition is for the purpose of parallel road to M.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>road from Kottayam to Gandhinagar IInd reach.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. It is seen that the enhancement is only upto 60% of the<\/p>\n<p>value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer. It is brought to our<\/p>\n<p>notice that in several cases this Court has sustained such land<\/p>\n<p>value.
