(C) No. 136 of 2009 whereby the learned Single Judge<br \/>\n              dismissed the writ petition by passing the following orders: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                                     &#8220;The present writ petition has been preferred<br \/>\n                             seeking a writ of mandamus to take action on the<br \/>\n                             petitioner&#8217;s complain about the theft, criminal<br \/>\n                             interdivision, dacoity committed by the unknown persons<br \/>\n                             within the premises of respondent No.1 plant. It has also<br \/>\n                             prayed for security and investigation on the complain filed<br \/>\n                             by the petitioner.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                     The main contention raised by the petitioner is that<br \/>\n                             the petitioner wants that full security should be granted<br \/>\n                             within the plant area. The prayer in the writ petition under<br \/>\n                             Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable<br \/>\n                             since there are specific provisions in Cr.P.C. for redressal<br \/>\n                             of the grievance of the petitioner.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                     Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances<br \/>\n                             of the case, this writ petition, being not maintainable, is<br \/>\n                             accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                     On the earlier occasion, the matter was heard and the parties were<br \/>\n              advised to sit together and resolve their disputes. In spite of sufficient time<br \/>\n              allowed, the parties have not come to a amicable settlement.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Since there is no error in the impugned judgment, in our view,<br \/>\n              there is no reason to keep the appeal pending which is, accordingly,<br \/>\n              dismissed. However, dismissal of this appeal will not be a bar for the<br \/>\n              parties to again sit together and resolve their disputes.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                             (M.
