North\/West (A),\n                                               BL Block, Shalimar Bagh.\n                                               Delhi - 110088\nDecision:\n       The complainant had filed an application with the PIO on 02\/03\/2009 asking for certain\ninformation. He received a reply from the PIO, he found unsatisfactory. The complainant has\ntherefore filed a complaint with the Commission under Section 18 of the RTI Act. The\ncomplainant has not used the alternate and efficacious remedy of the First Appeal available\nunder Section 19 (1) of the RTI Act.
