After police<br \/>\ninvestigations, criminal proceedings were started against you under<br \/>\nthe MTP Act. This matter being still sub judice, it is necessary to<br \/>\nkeep the place in question sealed till the final out come of the<br \/>\ncriminal case.\n<\/p>\n<p>We<br \/>\nregret not to accept your request.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tCopy<br \/>\nof aforesaid order dated 22.10.2010 is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid order passed by respondent State authority on<br \/>\n22.10.2010, let petitioner may amend the petition accordingly and<br \/>\nchallenge the aforesaid order in present petition.
