Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) NO.1789 OF 2011(W)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 20th day of January, 2011\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       According to the petitioners, 3 ares of property which<\/p>\n<p>originally belonged to them was acquired for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>widening the National Highway between Trissur and Kuttipuram.<\/p>\n<p>It is stated that the land was not utilized for National Highway and<\/p>\n<p>now the respondents are proposing to utilize the said land for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of construction of a taxi stand. It is stated that if the<\/p>\n<p>proposal materializes it will result in obstruction of access to the<\/p>\n<p>Highway. It is with this grievance the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>       2. As at present it is seen that the petitioners have already<\/p>\n<p>moved the first respondent complaining of the above proposal by<\/p>\n<p>filing Exts.P2 and P3 representations and it is essential for the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to deal with the grievance.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.
