Aggrieved by his supercession from the Select list for<\/p>\n<p>appointment to the post of Commercial Tax Inspector for the years<\/p>\n<p>2008,2009,2010, he has filed Ext.P3 and P5 representations before<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent. He complains of inordinate delay in considering<\/p>\n<p>the said representations.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
